There is three methods of ITIL management we follow one of the method
they are
1.Incident Management:
Incident Management is regarding to day by day work activities
For Example:
DB down
Listener Down
Diskspace Reached threshhold Limit,
2.Problem Management:
Problem Management is If there is any incident occured in our environment we should solve this by following incident management but we have to report to the client to find the root cause of incident occured in our database.
3.Change Management:
Change management is planned work in our environment.
Example For:
they are
