Infolinks Basics Doubts and Answer

1. How do I earn money from Infolinks?
Infolinks works in a way so that views and clicks count towards your earnings.
When visitors engage with your Infolinks ads, you earn.
2. How much can I earn from Infolinks?
The sky is the limit! Your Infolinks earnings depend on how you implement the various products on your site as well as your visitors’ engagement with the Infolinks ads. Infolinks does not work with fixed CPM rates and each advertiser we work with sets his own price per view.
3. How are my earnings calculated?
Infolinks’ unique platform calculates revenue based on website visitors engagement.
Our extended variety of products, advertisers and campaigns ensures the best revenue generated by views and clicks.
4. What is my revenue share?
As an Infolinks publisher you receive a 65% revenue share – one of the highest revenue share models available in the online advertising industry.
According to the Infolinks Terms of Service, we issue payments no later than 45 days from the end of the month that you reached the minimum payment threshold for your preferred payment option.
Until your earnings exceed the threshold they will be added to the following month’s earnings in your account balance.
We do our best to issue your payments as soon as possible and update your Payment History accordingly.
Yes! The Payment Settings screen is secured using the GeoTrust SSL 256-bit encryption.
The presence of SSL means you can rest assured that communications (e.g. credit card numbers) between your browser and this site’s web servers are private and secure.

5. How do I file my Tax form?
You can fill in your tax information under Payment Settings which is located under the ‘Account’ tab in your Infolinks account. This screen is protected by GeoTrust SSL 256-bit encryption to ensure the safety of your tax information.
6. How do I set my payment method?
You can select or change your payment method at any time. To do so, click here. Make sure to follow through with each step to ensure that your payment method and tax information has been saved with us.
** Please note that the name in the payments section must match the name of the payee or the company entered on the contact details section (sections 1 and 2 under account ->payment setting in the publisher center).
7. Why do I have to fill in my Tax ID?
Infolinks is obligated to operate in compliance with US tax laws, which means that as a publisher you will be required to submit your tax information in order for us to issue your payment.
8. You can fill in the tax information under Payment Settings which is located under the Account tab. This screen is protected by GeoTrust SSL 256-bit encryption to ensure the safety of your tax information.
If you are a US person or company with income which is effectively connected to the US please fill in the W9 online form. If you are a non-US person or organization with no income which is effectively connected to the US please fill in the non-US person tax declaration.
In case you are unsure which tax form to submit please see a tax accountant or advisor.
9. How do I view my Infolinks earnings?
Once you have logged into your Publishers Center on Infolinks.com, under the ‘Reports’ tab you will find the complete statistics for your account
Here you can see your total account’s net page views, Ad views, Ad ECPM and total earnings.
Your reports can be filtered by date. Choose your weekly, monthly our quarterly reports, or simply select a custom date range. You can also just get a summary of your account’s bottom line.
If you are running Infolinks on more than one site, you can also view each site’s statistics separately. You can also choose to receive your custom reports sent straight to your email.
10. How can I track my payments?
Once you are logged into your Infolinks account, tracking your payments is just a few clicks away. Select ‘Account’ from the top dashboard and your Payment History will appear. It will be updated with the status of your most recent payment within 2 weeks since the payment has been issued.

11. How can I track my Infolinks earnings?
There are now two ways to track your Infolinks earnings. From your PC you can view your earnings by logging into your Infolinks account. Your daily statistics will be visible under Reports. Infolinks updates reports every day by 3:00 pm PST (GMT -8) to include all data for the previous day.
If you have a smartphone you can also check your Infolinks statistics using our new mobile app!
To download the Infolinks Mobile App simply select either the iTunes button below if you have an iPhone or the Google Play button if you own an Android phone.
12. Why do my earnings fluctuate?
Earnings change all the time as they are based on your visitors’ engagement with the ads on your site. If you’ve had a spike in traffic, your earnings may increase.
A slower month may produce less earnings.
13. How can I see my earnings per product?
Infolinks displays your reports cumulatively for all of the ad products implemented on your site combined.
14. Do I pay fees when receiving my Infolinks payment?
Infolinks does not charge any fees for processing your payments. However, each payment provider has their own policy and there may be fees associated with your Infolinks payment originating from the payment provider that you choose. Please take note of the following fees:
·        ACH – No fees
·        eCheck – $6 (plus 2% conversion fees if applicable)
·        Payoneer – No fees
·        PayPal – $1 for US residents and 2% (up to $10) for all other publishers
Please note that these fees will be deducted from your payment. Additional fees for conversion to local currencies, withdraws and commission may be charged by your payments agent. You can also set your own payment threshold for receiving your Infolinks payment in order to cut back on the fees associated with your chosen payment method.
15. Why didn’t I get paid?
If you’ve exceeded the minimum payment threshold but haven’t received your payment, please review the following:
– Your personal information is filled out and you’ve selected a payment method under Payment Settings (under the ‘Account’ tab) in your Infolinks account.
–    The payment information under Payment Settings is up-to-date and accurate.
–    You filled in your tax information in step 3 under Payment Settings in your account.
–    That 45 days have passed since the end of the monthly payment period when you reached the minimum threshold.

Finally, please keep in mind that it may take a few business days for the payment to reach you. If you see that all the information is indeed correct and you still have not received your payment, please contact our Support team for further assistance.
16. Can I put my payments on hold?
You can choose to hold your payments until you are ready to receive them. Click here to make that selection, make sure to finish all the steps to fill in your tax information and you’re all set!
17. What is the Infolinks Payment Threshold?
As an industry standard and according to our payment guidelines, your earnings need to exceed the minimum payout threshold for your selected payment method. PayPal, eCheck, ACH and Payoneer have a minimum payout threshold of $50 while the Bank Wire Transfer option has a minimum threshold requirement of $100 ($1000 for selected countries).
Once your monthly earnings exceed the minimum payment threshold for your chosen payment method your payment will be processed and sent to you within 45 days of the end of the month.
If your earnings are less than the threshold at the end of the month they will be carried over to the next month. You can also set your own payment threshold to a higher amount than the minimum required to be paid less often and pay less fees.
18. What are my payment options?
Infolinks offers several convenient ways for publishers to receive payments: PayPal, Bank Wire, eCheck, ACH (only for U.S. bank accounts) or Payoneer (get your Infolinks Prepaid Mastercard® or use Payoneer for a local bank transfer).
You can select your preferred payment method under Payment Settings in your account.
According to the Infolinks Terms of Service, we issue payments no later than 45 days from the end of the month, on the condition that your earnings have reached the minimum payment threshold per method.
19. an I receive my payment via PayPal?
PayPal is a global e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. In order to receive your payments via PayPal, all you need to do is sign up for a PayPal account or register your existing PayPal account as your preferred payment method under Payment Setting in your Infolinks account. If you need any assistance with your existing PayPal account please contact PayPal Customer Support.
After your PayPal payment is issued, it may take up to 48 hours for it to become visible in your PayPal account.
Know the facts:
–    The minimum payout threshold for PayPal is $50. – There is a $1 fee for transactions to US PayPal accounts and a 2% fee up to $10 for transactions to non-US PayPal accounts. Additional fees may be charged by PayPal. – PayPal payments can be sent to 65 countries worldwide. If you cannot see the PayPal payment method in the Payment Settings page, it may be unavailable in your country.

20. Can I receive my payment via Payoneer?
Yes you can! In order to receive your payments via Payoneer, all you need to do is sign up for a Payoneer account. You can apply to get an Infolinks Prepaid Debit MasterCard® to load your earnings and use it anywhere MasterCard® is accepted, including ATMs. If you already have a Payoneer account simply register it as your preferred payment method under Payment Settings in your Infolinks account. Payoneer enables easy & safe global payments, using a prepaid Mastercard®. If you need any assistance with your Payoneer account, please contact Payoneer Customer Support.
Know the facts:
After your Payoneer payment is issued it may take up to 5 business days for it to become visible in your Payoneer account. The minimum payout threshold for Payoneer is $50. Currently there are no fees associated with Payoneer payments. Payoneer is available in most countries worldwide. Although the Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard® is not available in India; you can still select Payoneer if you reside in India. Please contact IndiaSupport@payoneer.com for more information about this option. Once the order has been processed, please allow 10 business days to receive your card by regular mail within the U.S. For delivery outside of the U.S., it may take up to 25 business days to receive your card. This card is received at all locations accepting Mastercard, including ATM’s. The ATM will let you withdraw cash up to the balance available on your card. To determine if your card can be used at a particular ATM, look for the logo on the back of the card. If the logo is located on the ATM, your card can be used at that ATM.
21. Can I receive my payment via ACH?
Yes you can! ACH is a kind of Bank Wire Transfer and is available for U.S. Residents only. If you wish to be paid via ACH, please update the Payment Section in your Infolinks Account.
Know the facts:
–    After your ACH payment is issued it may take between 5 to 10 business days for it to become visible in your bank account. – The minimum payment threshold for ACH is $50. – There are no fees associated with ACH payments but some banks may charge transaction fees independently. You can contact your bank for more information about fees that may be charged for ACH transactions.
22. Can I receive my payment via eCheck?
You can receive your payments via eCheck, which is a very low cost payment option similar to a Bank Wire Transfer. With eCheck you receive a direct transfer to your bank account in your local currency. If you wish to receive your payments via eCheck, please update your payment method under Payment Settings.
Know the facts:
–    After your eCheck payment is issued, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for it to become visible in your bank account. – The minimum payment threshold for eCheck is $50. – You will be charged $6 plus 2% of your payout amount for each payment you receive via eCheck. – eCheck is currently available for publishers in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia and the United Kingdom.

23. Can I receive my payment via Bank Wire Transfer?
You can receive your payment through a Bank Wire Transfer which is a direct transaction of the funds in your Infolinks account to your personal bank account.
Know the facts:
–    After your Bank Wire payment is issued, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for it to become visible in your bank account.
–    Be aware that Bank Wire Transfers involve a $25 fee. If you choose to receive your payment in your local currency additional conversion fees in the sum of 2% of your payment amount will apply. Publishers from CL, VN, UY, CO, NG, LK, GH,CM, ID the minimum threshold for local currency is the equivalent of  $1000.
–    The minimum payment threshold for bank wire is $100.
–    Bank wires are available wherever bank accounts are using the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) system.
